Job Title: Cloud FinOps & Cost Optimization Architect

Location:  Houston, TX (Onsite)

Experience: 10+ years overall, with 3–5 years in Cloud FinOps

Job Description:

• Design and implement cloud cost optimization strategies across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Monitor cloud spending, budgets, and usage to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Implement FinOps best practices, cost governance, and financial reporting.

• Work with engineering and data teams to optimize cloud infrastructure and data platform costs.

• Analyze cloud billing data and provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency.

• Use tools such as AWS Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Management, or Google Cloud Platform Cost Management.

• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or other data platforms is a plus.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve cloud utilization, forecasting, and cost visibility.

• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, infrastructure, and cost management.
