Seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Architect with 8+ years of IT experience and 5+ years of deep ServiceNow development/architecture experience to lead enterprise platform design and hands-on implementation for a public-sector client in a FedRAMP-authorized environment.

Required Skills & Experience:
• ServiceNow Architecture, platform standards, governance, technical design & code reviews
• JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Glide APIs
• Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions & custom Scoped Applications
• Studio, UI Builder, Service Portal
• CSDM, CMDB & ITOM
• Discovery & Service Mapping
• IntegrationHub, Flow Designer & MID Server
• REST/SOAP API integrations & enterprise system integrations
• ACLs, data encryption, secure coding & platform security
• FedRAMP, government or similarly regulated cloud environment experience
• Technical specifications, high-level design documents & stakeholder collaboration
• ServiceNow platform scalability, performance, upgradeability & technical debt management
• CSA, CAD, CIS (ITSM/ITOM) & ITIL v4 Foundation certifications

Preferred: CTA/CMA, Security+ or similar cybersecurity certification.
