The Role

• Provide comprehensive care for a wide range of medically and surgically complex patients.
• Administer patient-oriented care and support to patients and their families within the nursing process framework.
• Execute physician-ordered treatments independently and reliably.
• Participate actively in quality assurance measures and the continuous improvement of nursing processes.
• Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Receive support from ward and service assistants for administrative tasks.
