Reliability Lab Technician

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Reliability Lab Technician to support our client's reliability engineering team in Fort Collins, Colorado. This is a long-term contract opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a technical environment, coordinating across teams, and ensuring products are prepared and processed through reliability testing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multiple business units and the Reliability Engineering team to ensure parts are transferred, verified, and ready for reliability stress testing.
• Operate reliability test equipment after completing the required training, including:
  • High Temperature Operating Life (HTOL) systems
  • Package Stress Systems
  • Additional reliability equipment as required
• Perform reliability testing and related tasks as assigned by the Reliability Engineering team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assigned work and follow established laboratory procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members through email and in-person interactions regarding project status, testing needs, and results.
• Support daily laboratory operations while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to follow technical procedures and learn new equipment and processes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced laboratory environment.
• Previous experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, or reliability testing environment is preferred but not required.
