The Role

We are currently looking for a Plumber Improver to join a team working on residential projects in Swanley.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced plumbing improver who is looking to develop their skills while working alongside qualified plumbers on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting qualified plumbers with first and second fix plumbing works
• Installing and connecting pipework, sanitaryware and plumbing systems
• Supporting with general plumbing installation and maintenance
• Reading and working from basic drawings and specifications
• Keeping the work area clean, safe and organised
• Following site health & safety procedures
• Working effectively as part of a wider site team

• Previous experience as a Plumber Improver
• Experience working on residential projects
• Blue Skilled Worker CSCS card required
• Good understanding of general plumbing practices
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work effectively under the direction of qualified plumbers
• Full PPE
• Relevant qualifications or plumbing training would be advantageous
