Residential Plumbing Sales Advisor

Will Fix It Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electrical seeks a Plumbing Advisor to guide residential customers in San Antonio on plumbing repair and replacement options. You'll perform in-home assessments, explain findings in clear, customer-friendly language, and recommend solutions that prioritize safety, efficiency, and budget. Working closely with licensed plumbers and HVAC/electrical techs, you'll build estimates, schedule work, and ensure every homeowner understands their choices. This role requires strong technical plumbing knowledge, professionalism, excellent communication, and a commitment to our customer-first, safety-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home assessments of residential plumbing systems
• Explain issues and repair/replacement options in clear, non-technical language
• Prepare accurate estimates and present financing or pricing options
• Coordinate with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical technicians to schedule work
• Ensure all recommendations follow safety standards and local codes
• Document findings, recommendations, and approvals in service software
• Educate customers on maintenance and efficiency improvements
• Support cross-selling of related HVAC and electrical services when appropriate
• Participate in ongoing technical and customer-service training
