Business Development Manager - North America Market

Work Mode: 100% Remote

Market Focus: US & Canada

Domain: Data Analytics & AI Services

Experience: 5 to 7 years

Location: Open to candidates based in India as well as suitable professionals currently based in the US.


Namasys Analytics is looking for a Business Development Manager who can independently drive end-to-end sales for our Data Analytics and AI services business across the North American market. This role is ideal for someone who is already selling into the US and Canada, has a proven track record in consultative services selling, and can build pipeline, book meetings, run discovery conversations, present solutions, negotiate, and close revenue against targets. The selected candidate will work closely with the and have visibility into sales strategy, pricing, and deal structuring.


Responsibilities:

1- Own the complete sales cycle from outbound prospecting to deal closure

2-Build a qualified pipeline across US and Canadian markets

3-Drive cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn outreach to book consistent meetings

4-Engage with senior business and technology decision-makers across mid-market and enterprise

accounts

5-Run discovery calls, solution presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closures

6-Position Namasys's Data Analytics and AI services to both business and technical audiences

7-Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to create tailored proposals

8-Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline updates, weekly reporting, and forecast accuracy

9-Handle objections and drive services engagements to signature


Must-Have:

1-Currently selling into the US and Canadian markets

2-Proven experience selling Data Analytics / AI services or solutions

3-Strong background in consultative services selling, not only product licenses

4-Excellent spoken and written business English for North American audiences

5-Proven ability to run executive presentations and demos

6-Verifiable track record of closing deals, not just generating leads

7-Experience managing deals from lead generation to closure

8-Strong cold calling, cold email, and appointment-setting skills

9-Hands-on CRM experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar tools

10-Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

11-Willingness to consistently work North American business hours


Preferred :

-Existing network of US/Canada mid-market and enterprise buyers

-Valid US work authorisation or US visa status (for candidates based in the US)

-Understanding of modern data and AI concepts such as cloud data platforms, ML, GenAI, and agentic AI

-Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or sequencing tools

-Experience selling services engagements in the USD 50K-500K+ range.


Base salary + performance-linked incentives/commission. The structure will reward strong closers.
