Job Description
Mortgage Technical Analyst
5 10 years of experience in mortgage domain, preferably HELOC.
Hands-on experience with Encompass (ENC) mortgage platform.
Handle production incidents, support tickets, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Analyze, document, and triage application issues.
Coordinate with business users and technical teams for resolution.
Work with JIRA/Zendesk and Helix ITSM for incident and problem management.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory access.
Support application rollouts, system maintenance, and integrations.
Maintain technical documentation, reports, and knowledge-base articles.
Ensure system security, compliance, and reliable application support.
