About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Digital Fulfilment & Insights Advisor to support and improve digital fulfilment performance across customer fulfilment channels, including Click & Collect and delivery platforms.
Working closely with stores and central teams, you will use data and operational insight to identify issues, improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
This is a varied role combining data analysis, stakeholder management, problem solving and field-based support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support continuous improvement across digital fulfilment operations.
- Visit stores to review processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Coach and support Store and Area Managers on fulfilment best practice.
- Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Analyse fulfilment, stock and customer order data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Produce reports, insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Monitor KPIs and highlight areas requiring action.
- Carry out root cause analysis and develop sustainable solutions.
- Support the development of dashboards, reports and performance measures.
- Work with IT and Business Intelligence teams to improve reporting.
- Support the testing and implementation of new systems, processes and reports.
- Build strong relationships across stores and central teams.
- Represent store requirements within fulfilment projects and initiatives.
- Support wider business initiatives focused on fulfilment and customer experience.
About You
Essential:
- Experience in retail operations, stock management, fulfilment or supply chain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and experience with reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyse data and turn it into practical recommendations.
- Organised and methodical approach to problem solving.
- Comfortable working with a range of stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel nationally when required.
Desirable:
- Experience of Click & Collect or digital fulfilment.
- Knowledge of OMS, WMS, ERP or stock management systems.
- Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Experience of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Knowledge of process improvement and continuous improvement methodologies.
