Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud/Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Good functional knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
- Experience with one or more Oracle Talent Management modules.
- Experience in production/application support environments.
- Strong understanding of HCM business processes.
- Experience with configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with offshore/onshore teams.
