Control Engineer

Description Bring your controls expertise to Oregon, WI and help deliver automation systems that make an immediate impact on the plant floor. This Control Engineer opportunity combines hands-on PLC and SCADA/HMI development with real-world commissioning across diverse industrial projects. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Control Engineer position include: 3–7 years of controls engineering or industrial system integration experience. Develop and program control systems using primarily Rockwell/Allen-Bradley PLCs.

Design control panels and support system architecture, including network layout. Build intuitive HMI/SCADA applications in Ignition (AVEVA/Wonderware and Rockwell also used). Integrate and utilize plant data using SQL, PostgreSQL, Canary Historian, and AVEVA platforms. Troubleshoot control systems, perform FAT/SAT, and optimize system performance. Read electrical schematics and apply strong control system troubleshooting skills. Travel approximately 20–30% for startup and commissioning; comfortable working onsite.

Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
