The Role

• Lead and inspire your team, serving as a role model and effectively implementing national sales strategies.
• Ensure outstanding product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards through meticulous attention to detail.
• Delight customers with appealing product displays, expert advice, and attentive service.
• Independently develop and execute initiatives to drive sales and promotions.
• Oversee all operational aspects, including cost and revenue development, inventory management, stock ordering, pricing, and product flow.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, preferably in food retail, or equivalent experience as a career changer with prior specialized and leadership experience in bakery or fresh food counters.
• Sound product knowledge and a strong understanding of freshness and quality.
• A solutions-oriented and results-driven approach, with a commitment to structured and conscientious execution.
• Excellent teamwork, customer focus, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work within a rotating shift system, including Saturdays.
