Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Agentic AI Projects to lead and manage enterprise-level Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives within the Healthcare & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise and hands-on experience coordinating AI-driven projects, working with cross-functional teams, and delivering complex technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise Agentic AI and Generative AI initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, data science, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional teams and ensure timely resolution of project issues and dependencies.
• Establish project governance, delivery schedules, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor project scope, resource allocation, progress, and overall delivery performance.
• Support AI solution testing, implementation, deployment, operational readiness, and post-launch activities.
• Ensure accountability and alignment across all stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in Project/Program Management.
• 3+ years of experience working on Agentic AI and Generative AI projects.
• Strong understanding of AI agents, agent orchestration, and Agentic AI design concepts.
• Experience managing enterprise-level technology projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Healthcare or Life Sciences industry experience is required.
