The Role

• Plan, prepare, and execute pedagogical offers and projects that foster the holistic development of children.
• Provide individualized support and guidance to children, recognizing their unique abilities and needs.
• Create a loving, safe, and inspiring daily environment that offers structure and encourages creativity.
• Observe and document children's developmental progress to ensure targeted support and maintain quality standards.
• Design engaging educational impulses that stimulate learning and exploration.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as an educator or equivalent qualification.
• A passion for working with children and a keen pedagogical sense.
• Reliability, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent teamwork skills.
• A valid driver's license.
• Experience in planning and implementing early childhood education programs is a plus.
