Job Description
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
We are currently hiring a full-time and a part time administration assistant for a fast paced insurance office. As an administrative assistant you will assume the receptionist duties as well as perform the clerical needs of the agent.

Answer phone calls, assist walk-in clients, process customer service requests, and assist with cross-selling insurance and financial products
Help customers with all aspects of billing
Provide clients, banks, and title companies with proof of insurance
Possess strong customer service skills
Excel in time management and have the ability to prioritize work
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office
Insurance license preferred
Bilingual speaking ability is a plus
