Quick Overview
Job Description
Reltio Architect – Supplier / Vendor MDM
Location: Santa Clara ( 4 days in Office Mandatory)
Role Overview: Seasoned Reltio MDM Architect with 10–12+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade Supplier/Vendor Master Data Management solutions on the Reltio Connected Data Platform. This role leads end-to-end architecture, from data modeling to integration and governance, enabling a trusted single source of truth for supplier and vendor data.
Key Responsibilities
•Architect end-to-end Reltio MDM solutions for Supplier/Vendor domains, including L3 data models, survivorship rules, match & merge configurations, hierarchy management, and reference data setup aligned to enterprise data strategy.
•Lead Supplier/Vendor 360 implementations by defining golden record creation logic, cross-reference management, and integration with upstream/downstream systems such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, and procurement/AP platforms.
•Design and oversee integration architecture using Reltio APIs, Integration Hub, Kafka, MuleSoft, Informatica, or Databricks for real-time and batch data flows between ERP, P2P, risk, compliance, and analytics systems.
•Establish data governance and stewardship frameworks covering supplier onboarding, KYC/AML checks, tax ID validation, D&B/Dun & Bradstreet enrichment, sanctions screening, and duplicate resolution workflows in Reltio.
•Provide technical leadership across the full SDLC — requirements gathering, solution blueprinting, PoCs, build oversight, performance tuning, deployment, and hypercare — while mentoring onshore/offshore teams of 8–15 engineers and stewards.
•Partner with CDO, CPO, Procurement, and Finance stakeholders to translate business objectives (spend optimization, supplier risk reduction, compliance, third-party risk management) into MDM capabilities and measurable ROI outcomes.
•Drive best practices in cloud-native MDM deployments on AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform, including security (RBAC, encryption, PII/PCI handling), CI/CD pipelines, environment strategy, and Reltio Console administration.
•Champion innovation by leveraging Agentic AI, GenAI, and ML-based match tuning, duplicate resolution, and supplier enrichment accelerators to reduce manual stewardship and accelerate time-to-value.
Required Qualifications
•10–12+ years in Master Data Management, with 5+ years hands-on Reltio (Reltio Certified Architect preferred).
•Proven delivery of at least 2–3 Supplier/Vendor MDM programs at Fortune 500 scale.
•Deep expertise in JSON-based L3 modeling, Reltio Workflows, IDS, RDM, and Reltio Integration Hub.
•Strong background in procurement, supply chain, or finance data domains.
•Excellent stakeholder management and pre-sales/solutioning exposure is a plus.
