IT Lead / Manager

Your new role

In this exciting new role, you will be:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for IT operations, support, and technology improvement initiatives.
• Providing high-quality end-user support across hardware, software and business-critical applications.
• Managing relationships with external IT providers and ensuring service delivery standards are met.
• Supporting and improving key practice management, accounting and business systems.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve user experience and reduce support issues.
• Building trusted relationships with stakeholders and providing calm, effective support during busy operational periods.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience supporting technology environments within Accounting, Legal or Professional Services organisations.
• Strong hands-on experience across Microsoft technologies, end-user computing and IT operations.
• Exposure to business applications such as Xero, MYOB, Access APS/APM or similar practice management platforms.
• Proven ability to prioritise competing requests and perform effectively in fast-paced, business-critical periods.
• Experience managing vendors and external service providers.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to support users at all levels of the business.
• A proactive mindset with strong ownership, accountability and attention to detail.
