Quick Overview
Job Description
About TJM Labs
TJM Labs builds Pharmacy AI: the AI agents hundreds of pharmacies rely on to handle the repetitive work that keeps pharmacists away from patients. Our platform handles prescription intake, data entry, refill management and patient calls. It works on top of the systems pharmacies already run, across 26+ pharmacy management systems and the portals and tools around them, so teams can take on more volume with the same staff. Today TJM Labs supports more than 550 pharmacies across the U.S. and Canada and automates over a million pharmacy tasks a day.
TJM Labs is built by pharmacists. Through our Dual-Expert Model™, pharmacists and engineers work side by side to design automation around the real workflows, systems and challenges pharmacies face every day.
We are a remote-first, high-growth organization united by a shared mission to help pharmacies scale without proportionally scaling their workforce. Our culture emphasizes direct impact, autonomy with responsibility, collaboration, practical problem-solving, continuous learning, and a commitment to healthcare. Team members have the opportunity to see their work make a meaningful difference in real pharmacies while contributing to technology that helps healthcare professionals focus on what matters most: their patients.
About the Role
As our Events & Field Marketing Specialist, you'll own the roughly 40 conferences, trade shows and events TJM Labs shows up at each year, from national shows like NCPA, PCCA ThinkNext and ECRM to regional buying-group meetings and dinners, and turn each one into meetings and pipeline. Much of our growth starts face to face. Pharmacy is a relationship-driven industry: owners and operators meet the partners they trust at trade shows, buying-group meetings and dinners. Making every one of those rooms count, from the booth to the follow-up, is one of the most important parts of how we grow. You'll work closely with our sales team, executives and Marketing Lead, and you'll also run the programs around our events: webinars, email, gifting and customer programs.
This role is based at our office in Newark, Delaware, where our booth, event materials and swag are stored. You'll be in the office regularly to manage inventory and ship materials to shows, and you'll travel to events across the U.S. (up to 25%). We are an AI company, and we work like one: everyone on the team uses AI tools every day to research, write, analyze and automate. We also move fast. Priorities shift, deadlines stack up, and the people who thrive here are extremely proactive: they see what's coming and act before anyone asks. In return, you'll have a lot of autonomy to decide how the work gets done. When you apply, include a specific example of how you have used AI to make your work faster or better.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the events calendar and budget: build and manage the annual calendar for ~40 conferences, trade shows and events; recommend which shows to attend, sponsor or drop based on results.
- Run all event logistics: registration, booth and sponsorship packages, shipping, swag, travel and hotel, lead capture and staffing schedules, plus booth and swag inventory at our Newark office.
- Partner with sales and executives: plan pre-event outreach with sales and SDRs to book meetings before each show and post-event follow-up within 48 hours; coordinate speaking slots and CE sessions with our executives, including deadlines, templates and materials.
- Coordinate our customer conference: run TJM Labs’ annual conference end to end, from venue, budget and registration to attendee experience and post-event follow-up, working with the Marketing Lead on agenda and speakers.
- Host Lunch & Learns and executive dinners: run an ongoing Lunch & Learn series for pharmacies and partners, from scheduling and catering to content, invitations and follow-up; plan intimate dinners for pharmacy owners and executives around conferences and in key markets, working with sales on target guest lists, invitations, venues and hosting logistics.
- Own webinars and event email: run the monthly webinar series, from topic and speakers to promotion, run-of-show, recording and follow-up; own event and webinar promotion email and support the customer newsletter, nurture sequences and product announcements. Manage our email platform and its sync with our CRM, keep lists clean and deliverability high, and report on opens, clicks and meetings sourced.
- Run gifting and customer programs: run gifting and direct mail sends to target accounts, event invitees and customers, working with sales on who receives what (e.g. Sendoso or similar); support the customer reference program, advisory board and customer council meetings.
- Measure everything: keep event, webinar and campaign records clean in our CRM, including invite lists, attendees and follow-up, and report on every event: meetings booked, pipeline created, cost per meeting and ROI.
What Success Looks Like
- First 30 days: knows the event calendar, budget and deadlines cold; every upcoming show has a timeline, checklist and staffing plan; booth and swag inventory organized with a shipping process for every show; clear success metrics defined for every event (meetings booked, pipeline created, cost per meeting) and set up for tracking in our CRM.
- First 90 days: cost per meeting and pipeline per event tracked and reported for every show; a standard event playbook (pre, during, post) in place; webinar series and email calendar running on schedule with results reported.
- First 12 months: our annual customer conference delivered on budget; event spend reallocated toward the shows that produce pipeline; cost per meeting improving quarter over quarter.
What you will bring
Required
- 2+ years in B2B event and field marketing, ideally in healthcare, pharmacy or SaaS, with hands-on experience running trade show booths and hosted events, ideally for a company with a busy event calendar.
- Experience with email marketing platforms, webinar tools (Zoom, ON24 or similar) and CRM data management (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
- Experience managing vendors and event budgets.
- AI-native: you use AI daily to draft emails and invites, build invite lists, plan logistics, analyze campaign results and automate follow-up.
- Extremely proactive and very organized: you anticipate what's needed before anyone asks, spot problems early and fix them without waiting for direction, and you manage many deadlines at once without anything falling through the cracks.
- Comfortable working with sales and executives, and holding them to event commitments.
- Willing and able to travel up to 25% to events anywhere in the U.S., and based in or able to commute to Newark, Delaware, with regular in-office time to manage, pack and ship event materials (able to lift up to 40 lbs).

- Remote-first collaborative work environment
- Paid time off
- 401K with company match
- Health Plan
