Job Title: Senior Specialist Business Analysis (BA-Salesforce)

Job Description:

The Senior Business Analyst provides enterprise business analysis services supporting strategic sales technology transformation initiatives across AI Salesforcecom, Agent force MuleSoft Talend and Operational Data Store ODS modernization programs.

This role partners closely with Project Managers Product Owners Architects Developers and Business Stakeholders to coordinate project deliverables gather and document business requirements facilitate solution design discussions and ensure successful delivery of enterprise initiatives.

The position combines Handson requirements management with cross functional coordination stakeholder engagement and support for largescale transformation programs focused on automation data modernization customer experience and AI driven innovation.

Enterprise Business Analysis Project Delivery, AI Transformation Automation Initiatives, Salesforcecom Agentforce Delivery, Integration Data ODS Modernization & Agile Delivery DevOps Collaboration.

5-10 years of enterprise business analysis experience supporting largescale technology transformation initiatives.

Strong experience gathering documenting and managing business and functional requirements.

Experience supporting Salesforcecom implementations and enhancements.

Working knowledge of Agentforce AI platforms automation technologies or digital transformation initiatives preferred.

Experience with MuleSoft Talend enterprise integrations and data transformation projects preferred.

Experience supporting Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps based development organizations.

Proven ability to facilitate stakeholder discussions and drive alignment across business and technology teams.

Strong analytical communication documentation and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated success supporting complex cross functional programs with multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.

This role is critical to accelerating the organizations AI and digital transformation strategy By ensuring business needs are effectively translated into scalable technology solutions.
