We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a leading healthcare facility in Düsseldorf, a highly respected hospital specializing in surgery, orthopedics, and internal medicine. This is an opportunity to contribute to a team that annually serves over 41,000 patients, offering advanced medical care and playing a crucial role in the development of innovative patient care units.

The Role

• Provide highly professional care in accordance with established nursing standards.
• Contribute to the establishment and development of a modern Intermediate Care (IMC) unit, including a CPU unit.
• Monitor patients requiring continuous monitoring, such as those undergoing or recovering from cardiac catheterization.
• Ensure comprehensive basic and specialized nursing care for all patients.
• Actively participate in the ongoing improvement of nursing processes and workflows.

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed training as a Registered Nurse or equivalent qualification.
• Ideally, possess specialized training in IMC, CPU, or Intensive & Anesthesia care, or be willing to obtain it.
• Ability to work independently, with a structured and responsible approach.
• Proficiency with IT systems and a strong technical aptitude.
• Excellent teamwork, empathy, and a strong service-oriented attitude.
