The Role • Ensure an outstanding customer shopping experience, leading to high customer satisfaction. • Act as the direct deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing efficient workflow management and supporting team leadership. • Undertake all operational tasks within the sales floor and warehouse. • Manage incoming goods, product display, and shelf-life monitoring. • Replenish and ensure the freshness of produce and baked goods. • Handle cashier duties and support with warehouse and cleaning tasks.
