The Role

• Ensure an outstanding customer shopping experience, leading to high customer satisfaction.
• Act as the direct deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing efficient workflow management and supporting team leadership.
• Undertake all operational tasks within the sales floor and warehouse.
• Manage incoming goods, product display, and shelf-life monitoring.
• Replenish and ensure the freshness of produce and baked goods.
• Handle cashier duties and support with warehouse and cleaning tasks.

What You'll Need

• Strong work ethic and the drive to enhance a high-performing team.
• Completed vocational training in retail or relevant experience in a similar field.
• Friendly demeanour and genuine enjoyment of customer interaction.
• Eagerness to contribute diligently and proactively.
• Flexibility, team spirit, organisational skills, and leadership aptitude.
• Good German language proficiency (minimum B1 level) for effective communication.
