We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

  • Lead and mentor a software development team within an agile environment, driving employee growth and setting clear performance objectives
  • Translate requirements from various business areas into innovative technical concepts and architecture
  • Conduct thorough architecture and code reviews, and proactively identify vulnerabilities to enhance system performance

What You'll Need

  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in a software development leadership role within an agile environment
