Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

Design, prototype, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions across enterprise use cases and business requirements.
Integrate AI models, enterprise data sources, APIs, and business systems while developing RAG patterns, intelligent agents, and orchestrated workflows.
Apply evaluation, observability, security, governance, and Responsible AI practices to deliver reliable and scalable AI solutions.
Collaborate with business, architecture, engineering, data, security, and platform teams to transition AI solutions from experimentation through production and ongoing support.

Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	6–9 years of experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, enterprise application engineering, AI solution development, integration, deployment, and production support.
Technical Skills	Python, Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, LangChain, LangGraph, REST APIs, Cloud AI Platforms
Business / Domain Skills	Experience supporting enterprise AI and digital transformation initiatives, applying AI capabilities to business processes, automation, analytics, knowledge management, and engineering productivity. Experience designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating enterprise applications, APIs, interfaces, workflows, batch processes, and data-processing components supporting government programs. Experience designing and delivering Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise business use cases, including intelligent assistants, knowledge-driven workflows, automated decision support, and human-in-the-loop processes. Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise data sources, business applications, APIs, and organizational knowledge, with appropriate security, governance, evaluation, observability, and Responsible AI controls.
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience delivering enterprise AI solutions from proof of concept through production deployment and operational support.
Experience with cloud AI platforms, agent frameworks, enterprise integration, DevOps, and data engineering environments.
Strong architectural judgment, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
