Job Overview:

• The candidate should have a Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• The candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial banking operations. ACBS experience is preferred.
• The candidate should have good analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• The candidate should be able to build strong relationships and foster collaboration among team members.
• The candidate should be able to communicate fluently and clearly, orally and in writing.
• The candidate should be able to deal with multiple stakeholders and be adaptable and flexible.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Other foreign languages are appreciated.
• The candidate should have experience in loans administration and be able to understand the terms and conditions of loan contracts.
• The candidate should have sound knowledge of general banking operations, including accounting, funding, Nostro movements, and cash management.
• The candidate should have problem-solving and investigative skills to undertake analysis and resolve issues and problems related to loans operations.
• The candidate should be able to operate in project mode and contribute to projects run by IT, mainly UAT sessions.
• The candidate should communicate clearly and concisely, tailoring content and style and promoting free-flowing communication with others.

Daytoday Tasks and Operations:

• Administer drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, prepayments, funding, and rate fixings.
• Process fees and commission posting, external payments, collection of interest, and Nostro reconciliations.
• Perform general administration related to the loans portfolio managed, along with ad hoc queries and investigations, and monitor all associated data under the unit s responsibility.
• The candidate will have day-to-day responsibility for the administration of all facilities and associated products linked with them, ensuring that all business-as-usual processes are undertaken in a timely and efficient manner and necessary controls are adhered to.
