Recruiting Human Resources Assistant

KinderCare seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring for our early childhood education centers. In this role, you'll post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers. You'll maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking system, assist with background checks and references, and help ensure a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience. Collaborating closely with HR and center leaders, you'll uphold KinderCare's commitment to a diverse, inclusive workforce that supports high quality learning for every child.

Responsibilities

• Post open positions across job boards and career sites
• Screen resumes and pre-qualify candidates
• Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars for hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Support reference and background check processes
• Communicate promptly with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assist with new-hire paperwork and onboarding coordination
• Ensure recruiting practices align with company policies and compliance standards
• Partner with HR and center leaders to understand staffing needs
• Support employer branding and a positive candidate experience
