Roles and responsibilities:
• Deputise for the Branch Manager in their absence
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Serving customers on the trade counter, providing a friendly and helpful service
• Working within a team, dealing with sales orders and customer enquiries mainly on the phone and by email
• Actively chasing quotes for feedback and order progression
• Assisting with supporting and training staff
• Be a team player, helping out in all areas of the branch when needed

Experience / Skills:
• Electrical Wholesale experience
• Able to work under pressure in a busy sales environment
• Good customer service skills
• Responsible and reliable
• Flexible and willing to help in all areas of the branch
