Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Python / AI Agent Developer with 7+ years of software development experience and strong hands-on expertise in Python, AI/Agentic AI, full-stack development, and SQL.

The ideal candidate should have strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building scalable Python applications, AI-powered solutions, LLM integrations, and intelligent AI agents.

Must-Have Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience
• Strong hands-on Python development
• Strong Python full-stack development experience
• Hands-on experience with AI Agents / Agentic AI
• Strong experience with Generative AI / LLMs
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Strong experience developing REST APIs / Microservices
• Experience with React, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, function/tool calling, and LLM integration
• Strong understanding of software development, testing, debugging, and deployment
• Experience with Git and CI/CD

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered applications and AI Agent solutions.
• Build scalable backend services using Python and modern Python frameworks.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and external tools.
• Develop RAG-based solutions and AI knowledge systems.
• Build agent workflows involving tool calling, orchestration, memory, and multi-step processes.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries.
• Contribute to both backend and frontend development.
• Perform testing, debugging, performance tuning, and production support.
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, product, and data teams.
