This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded analyst to influence the growth and profitability of a lending portfolio within a fast-growing financial services business. You'll work at the intersection of analytics, pricing, strategy, and business performance.

THE ROLE

• Deliver analysis focused on growth, profitability, and portfolio performance
• Assess how lending products perform and identify opportunities to improve returns
• Support pricing, acquisition, and customer management strategies
• Track key portfolio metrics and provide insight into commercial performance
• Partner with the Head of Loans and senior stakeholders across the business
• Use data and AI tools to automate reporting and accelerate analysis
• Help shape the future commercial direction of the loans portfolio

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Strong commercial experience within consumer lending, credit cards, or motor finance
• Experience in commercial strategy, portfolio analytics, pricing, product strategy, acquisition strategy, or customer management
• Experience evaluating profitability and portfolio performance
• SQL or similar coding experience
• Ability to build concise analytical narratives and communicate findings to senior business stakeholders
• Enthusiasm for leveraging AI in day-to-day analytical work
