Job Description

Required Skills (rank in order of Importance):

· 2 years translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios

· 2 years knowledge of manual testing techniques (functional, regression, smoke, usability, boundary testing)

· 3 years deep knowledge of healthcare operations (preferably Medicaid), business processes

·

Preferred Skills (rank in order of Importance):

· 2 years’ experience with large enterprise or e-business systems

· 3 years’ experience using QA tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar

· 3 years prior experience working in a standard SDLC (waterfall methodology) & in an AGILE delivery

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, healthcare or related field. Years of experience can substitute for formal education.

Required Certifications:

None required. Technical and/or Project Management certifications from recognized sources are desirable.

Additional Skills/Duties:

· Develop and execute test cases; Clearly communicate and document test status and defects identified
