The Role

• Process and ensure completeness of sales paperwork, funding, and titles.
• Assist with inventory management, OEM reporting, and dealer trades.
• Prepare key metrics and reports for Sales Managers.
• Handle front desk duties, including greeting customers, answering calls, and managing appointments.
• Maintain customer information systems and assist with data entry and filing.
• Support sales team operations by ensuring deal jackets are ready and managing license plate logistics.
