📢 Hiring: Senior SAP Project Manager – PA Turnpike Wave 2

📍 Location: Middletown, Pennsylvania
💻 Work Mode: Remote with onsite attendance required one week per month, plus additional onsite meetings as needed

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple concurrent IT workstreams supporting the PA Turnpike’s SAP Wave 2 initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong project governance, planning, leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination skills, along with experience managing complex SAP/ERP projects in cloud and enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT project workstreams, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.

• Develop and maintain detailed integrated project plans, schedules, and critical paths using MS Project or MS Project Online.

• Manage project scope, risks, issues, budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning.

• Establish project governance, roles, responsibilities, escalation paths, and decision-making processes.

• Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, system integrators, vendors, and executive leadership.

• Manage project artifacts, approvals, signoffs, and reporting in accordance with PMO standards.

• Lead projects through the full lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.

• Ensure alignment with PA Turnpike’s project management standards and PMO Playbook.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience.

• Experience managing complex, multi-year IT projects.

• Project Manager experience with SAP/ERP or Enterprise Business Solutions.

• Experience managing vendors and projects across cloud and on-premises environments.

• Strong expertise in project scope, schedule, risk, cost, resource, and integration management.

• Expert-level knowledge of MS Project or MS Project Online.

• PMP certification.

• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and conflict-management skills.

SAP Environment

Experience with SAP enterprise platforms is highly relevant, including:
SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP BTP, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM).

Engagement Requirements

• Remote work with onsite attendance in Middletown, PA, for one week per month and as needed.

• Candidate must be able to attend onsite interviews/work sessions and project activities.

• Resources must be available to reach the PA Turnpike work location within 3 hours for emergencies.

• Travel and onsite requirements should be reviewed before applying.
