Junior Business Analyst

Job Title: Junior Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Job Description:

·       Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.

·       Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirement-gathering sessions.

·       Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.

·       Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional requirements, user stories, and process-flow diagrams.

·       Work with senior Business Analysts, Product Managers, and technical teams to clarify requirements.

·       Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, issues, and business insights.

·       Create reports, dashboards, presentations, and management summaries.

·       Assist with UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test scenarios and documenting results.

·       Track requirements, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.

·       Support project meetings and maintain meeting notes, action items, and documentation.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

·       Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Required Skills:

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Good written and verbal communication.

·       Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and SDLC.

·       Ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements.

·       Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

·       Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred.

·       Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Power BI, or similar tools is an advantage.

·       Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

·       Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

·       Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
