Teamleitung Neurologische Frührehabilitation | Bad Staffelstein, Germany | Hybrid We are seeking a dedicated leader for our neurological early rehabilitation unit, focusing on guiding patients through their recovery journey after conditions like stroke or severe head injuries. The Role • Lead and advise the nursing team of the neurological early rehabilitation station. • Manage staff scheduling, including duty and vacation plans, while optimizing workflows and operational efficiency. • Foster professional growth of the team through targeted development measures and training. • Collaborate effectively with other departments and disciplines, and lead projects. • Actively participate in direct patient care, providing hands-on support to the team. What You'll Need • Qualified as a licensed nurse (e.g., in general nursing or elderly care) with ideally several years of experience in neurological early rehabilitation. • Certification as a ward manager or in comparable leadership roles is desirable. • High degree of initiative, strong professional and personal competencies, and a keen sense of responsibility. • Demonstrated commitment, flexibility, assertiveness, and a good understanding of economic principles. • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, proficiency with modern hospital information systems, and a willingness for continuous professional development.
