What You'll Need • Qualified as a licensed nurse (e.g., in general nursing or elderly care) with ideally several years of experience in neurological early rehabilitation. • Certification as a ward manager or in comparable leadership roles is desirable. • High degree of initiative, strong professional and personal competencies, and a keen sense of responsibility. • Demonstrated commitment, flexibility, assertiveness, and a good understanding of economic principles. • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, proficiency with modern hospital information systems, and a willingness for continuous professional development.
