The Role

• Sell pest control solutions to a diverse range of commercial industries.
• Conduct strategic consultations with new and existing customers to recommend preventative measures.
• Act as an empathetic problem solver, building trusted relationships with clients.
• Achieve sales goals through proactive prospecting and by leveraging provided leads.
• Utilize provided marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Inspect customer properties and present tailored solutions, addressing all client questions.

What You'll Need

• No prior industry experience required; sales experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain necessary pesticide licensing/certification (company paid).
• Capability to work independently in the field and interact with customers.
• Ability to perform physical demands including ladder use, lifting, and accessing confined spaces.
