Interim HR Administrator
3-Month Interim Assignment London Hybrid Agency Worker
Looking for your next HR administration contract?
The Bukola Group is partnering with a respected, values-led organisation to recruit an experienced Interim HR Administrator for an initial 3-month assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised administrative professional who enjoys providing high-quality support within a busy HR environment and can quickly become an integral part of a project-focused team.
You'll play a key role in supporting a significant organisational change programme, providing confidential administrative support, coordinating documentation, and ensuring the smooth running of HR processes and communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional, accurate and confidential administrative support to the HR team.
- Take minutes and notes for a variety of HR meetings, including organisational change consultation meetings.
- Prepare meeting documentation and distribute records and actions within agreed timescales.
- Maintain accurate HR files, records and documentation in line with data protection requirements.
- Assist with producing HR reports, statistics and management information.
- Respond to routine HR enquiries and provide excellent customer service to managers and employees.
- Support HR colleagues during periods of increased workload and organisational change activity.
About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Previous experience working within a HR administrative or business support role.
- Strong minute-taking experience and the ability to produce accurate written records.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- The ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
Desirable
- Previous HR administration experience.
- Experience using HR systems.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or a willingness to work towards it.
