Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 7+ years • Total Compensation: $286k+ yearly (tentative) Job Description: • Develop or implement algorithms to meet or exceed system performance and functional standards. • Assist with developing and executing test procedures for software components. • Develop software solutions by analyzing system performance standards, conferring with users or system engineers, and investigating problem areas. • Analyze systems flow, data usage, and work processes to optimize software solutions. • Modify existing software to correct errors, adapt to new hardware, or improve its performance. • Design, develop, and modify software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and consequences of design.
