Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform Developer to support enterprise-level digital modernization initiatives within a government cloud environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Dynamics 365 solution architecture, customization, administration, Dataverse data modeling, Power Platform application development, integration engineering, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, enhancing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, C#/.NET, and Azure DevOps within a Microsoft Government GCC/G5 environment.

The role requires strong technical expertise in enterprise application development, security administration, cloud governance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

• 6+ years of experience working in State Government environments.

• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solution architecture, customization, and administration.

• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dataverse relational data modeling, custom business logic, and security role architecture.

• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform enterprise components.

• 10+ years of experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), including Azure DevOps/GitHub pipelines and managed solution deployments.

• 10+ years of experience with C#/.NET custom development, Dynamics 365 plugins, custom workflow assemblies, and JavaScript/TypeScript client scripting.

• 10+ years of experience with cloud security and data classification related to CDC, HIPAA, CJIS, and NIST 800-53 controls.
