Job Description

Senior Project / Program Manager - Cyber Security

We are seeking a Senior Project / Program Manager with a strong Cyber Security background to lead multiple concurrent technology and security initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead 8-10 concurrent Cyber Security and technology projects
  • Provide both project and program management leadership
  • Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budgets
  • Develop and manage project plans and resource allocation
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors/consultants
  • Communicate project status, risks, issues, and changes to stakeholders
  • Manage project budgets, costs, and financial performance
  • Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders
  • Support multiple related initiatives as part of broader programs
  • Mentor and collaborate with project management team members
  • Drive continuous improvement and successful delivery of strategic initiatives

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of project/program management experience
  • Cyber Security project experience required
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong project planning, budgeting, risk management, and financial management skills
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with IT, Cyber Security, business teams, and vendors
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
