Job Description

BUSIENSS ANALUST WITH AI CERTIFICATIONS

MULTIPLE POSITION IN ATLANA, GA & WASHINGTON DC

HYBRID WORK OPTION

The Business Analyst will work closely with the Client stakeholders, program managers, technical teams, and business users to analyze business needs, document requirements, and support the implementation of AI-enabled digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis expertise, experience within federal healthcare or public health environments, and recognized Artificial Intelligence (AI) certifications.

  • Minimum 5–7 years of Business Analysis experience.
  • Minimum 2 years supporting AI, Machine Learning, or Data Analytics initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience gathering, documenting, validating, and managing business and functional requirements.
  • Required AI Certifications (One or More Preferred)
  • AI & Generative AI Experience
  • Using Generative AI for requirements analysis and documentation.
  • Prompt engineering for business analysis.
  • AI governance and responsible AI practices.
  • AI-enabled decision support.
  • Business process automation using AI.

    Responsibilities

    • Gather and document business requirements.
    • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops.
    • Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and User Stories.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
    • Support AI-enabled modernization initiatives across CDC programs.
    • Perform process mapping and business process reengineering.
    • Conduct requirements traceability and impact analysis.
    • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
    • Assist with change management and user adoption.
    • Prepare executive presentations and project documentation.
