What You'll Need

• Completed 3-year vocational training in geriatric, general nursing, or a comparable nursing qualification.
• Experience in inpatient geriatric care is advantageous.
• A genuine passion for working with the elderly and a commitment to their happiness.
• An open mind to innovative ideas and a proactive attitude.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to integrate well into a team.
