Digital Marketing Account Executive

We re looking for a Digital Marketing Account Executive to join a fun, energetic and genuinely supportive team.

You ll work with a varied portfolio of clients, managing their day-to-day digital marketing activity across SEO, PPC, paid advertising and social media. From understanding client objectives and coordinating campaign delivery to reviewing performance and identifying opportunities for growth, you ll play a key role in helping clients get the best from their marketing.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the variety of agency life, building strong client relationships and working closely with specialists across different disciplines, with plenty of scope to develop their skills and progress their career.

The Role

You ll manage a portfolio of clients across a range of industries, helping them get the most from their digital marketing activity. No two days will be the same, with plenty of variety, collaboration and opportunities to make a real difference to your clients success.

Your responsibilities will include

• Managing relationships with multiple clients and acting as their main point of contact.
• Coordinating digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, paid advertising and social media.
• Working closely with internal specialists to plan, deliver and optimise campaigns.
• Monitoring performance, analysing results whilst identifying opportunities for growth.
• Keeping clients informed, managing expectations and ensuring campaigns stay on track.
• Spotting opportunities to improve results and grow existing client accounts.

Experience and Skills

• Previous experience working within a fast-paced digital marketing agency is essential.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and competing priorities.
• A good understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, paid ads and social media.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisation, with the ability to keep on top of deadlines and changing priorities.
• A proactive, positive approach and the confidence to get stuck in.
