Billing Specialist

Growing law firm is seeking a Billing Specialist with 3 5+ years of billing experience to join their Billing team. Full-time.
- Prepare, review, and process client invoices and monthly billing cycles
- Work with attorneys/legal assistants on billing accuracy and deadlines
- Process electronic billing and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain billing records, reports, and assist with collections
- Aderant/legal billing software experience preferred
- Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and communication skills required
- Law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred
