What You'll Need

• Excellent empathy and communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• A responsible approach to work, including handling emergency and acute situations.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development.
• A driver's license is beneficial but not mandatory.
