SAP BW and Analytics Service Lead- SAC

Role Summary

Lead SAP BW/4HANA and Analytics service delivery engagements, driving end-to-end support, enhancements, governance, and transformation initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring operational excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, solution optimization, and continuous innovation across the SAP Analytics landscape

Key Responsibilities

• Own service delivery for SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Embedded Analytics, and reporting solutions.
• Manage AMS, enhancement, and transformation engagements with defined SLAs/KPIs.
• Lead incident, problem, change, release, and service governance processes.
• Drive performance optimization, data modeling, reporting strategy, and analytics adoption.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate reporting and analytics requirements into scalable solutions.
• Provide leadership to onsite/offshore teams, ensuring quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Support solution roadmaps, upgrades, migration initiatives, and innovation opportunities within the analytics landscape.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and data governance standards.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BW, HANA Modeling, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Experience with CDS Views, Embedded Analytics, and S/4HANA reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP data integration, data warehousing, reporting, and dashboarding.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based service management and delivery governance.
• Strong stakeholder management, team leadership, and customer-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certification in BW/4HANA, SAC, or related analytics technologies.
• Experience leading global AMS/support engagements and analytics transformation programs.
• Exposure to cloud analytics platforms and enterprise reporting ecosystems.
