Experience :8+ years preferred, with:

• Strong Supply Chain Management (SCM) experience, particularly in Planning
• Hands-on experience across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Proven experience using AI/GenAI tools for software engineering and modernization
• Experience with technologies such as PL/SQL, Java, JavaScript, Groovy, VBCS, OIC, and APEX
• Experience with GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, OCI Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks, Prompt Engineering, and RAG

Job Description:

We are seeking an AI-First Engineer with strong SCM expertise, particularly in Supply Chain Planning, to drive AI-powered software engineering, application modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be an engineer who leverages AI throughout the entire SDLC, from requirements analysis and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze SCM business requirements, BRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications using AI/LLM technologies.
• Use AI to accelerate solution design, impact analysis, fit-gap analysis, upgrade assessments, technical documentation, and effort estimation.
• Leverage GitHub Copilot and Agentic AI for code generation, optimization, refactoring, reverse engineering, and legacy modernization.
• Develop and maintain SCM customizations, integrations, extensions, reports, and automation solutions.
• Work with PL/SQL, Java, JavaScript, Groovy, VBCS, OIC, and APEX.
• Apply AI to automate API development, integration mappings, reporting, documentation, and technical artifacts.
• Develop AI-assisted strategies for functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing.
• Use AI for test-case generation, test-data creation, defect identification, regression automation, defect triage, and root-cause analysis.
• Integrate AI into DevOps and CI/CD processes, including code reviews, security analysis, static code scanning, and quality gates.
• Use AI to generate release notes, deployment documents, implementation guides, and operational runbooks.
• Support AI-enabled deployment automation, environment management, production support, and incident resolution.
• Design and implement RAG-based and Agentic AI solutions for SCM engineering use cases.
• Demonstrate measurable improvements from AI adoption, including:
