Job Description

Required Skills:

• Test Data Management: Intermediate
• Test Environment Plan, Build, and Config: Intermediate
• Test Automation: Intermediate

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• The Performance and Automation Tester will provide testing expertise.
• Prepares detailed specifications for test plans and procedures.
• Leverages automation technology wherever possible to execute testing.
• Translates user requirements into test cases. Tests, monitors, and refines software/hardware applications to ensure they meet quality standards. Prepares required documentation, including both test-level and user-level documentation.
• Enhances testing processes to improve efficiency and performance, including integration of automation methodologies.
• Applies principles, methods, and knowledge of quality assurance to task order requirements.
• Ensures compliance with enterprise architecture and applicable reference models.
• Evaluates and addresses workflow, organizational, and planning issues.

Education: Bachelor's Degree Required
