Job Description

XTEL helps some of the world's leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) businesses accelerate profitable growth through advanced Revenue Growth Management solutions. As part of its continued evolution, XTEL has now established the Catalyst team: a specialist group responsible for driving implementation excellence, standardization, scalability and delivery quality across customer and partner programs.

This role offers the opportunity to influence how enterprise software implementations are delivered globally, helping define technical standards, implementation methodologies and reusable assets that improve consistency and customer outcomes.

The Opportunity

As Technical Architect/Lead, Catalyst, you'll provide technical leadership across customer implementations, internal initiatives and partner-led programs. This includes: a fully remote working environment; the scope to influence global implementation strategy; exposure to complex enterprise transformation programmes; a high level of visibility across customers, partners and leadership teams; and the opportunity to shape delivery methodologies at scale.

You'll act as a trusted technical authority, helping delivery teams design scalable, supportable solutions while promoting standardisation and reducing unnecessary complexity. Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and governing technical implementation standards across XTEL programmes.
  • Supporting pre-sales, estimation and implementation planning activities.
  • Driving adoption of reusable technical assets, integration patterns and reference architectures.
  • Reviewing solution designs and architecture decisions to ensure scalability, maintainability and quality.
  • Supporting strategic customer projects and partner-led implementations.
  • Developing technical methodologies, standards and enablement programmes.
  • Coaching technical consultants, architects and implementation teams globally.

You will be the ideal candidate if you have

  • Significant experience within enterprise software, SaaS or packaged software environments.
  • Strong expertise across integrations, data architecture, enterprise systems and technical delivery.
  • A track record of leading technical design and implementation activities across complex programmes.
  • Experience creating technical standards, reusable assets and implementation frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and coaching capabilities.
  • The ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a wide range of audiences.
  • Exposure to CPG, Revenue Growth Management or commercial transformation programmes would be advantageous.
