We are seeking passionate SEND Tutors and Teachers to empower young people with special educational and mental health needs. Join a mission-driven community focused on transforming lives through flexible, trauma-informed education.

The Role

• Provide in-person, online, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5 with planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Work with learners identified by local authorities and schools, including those with MLD, SLD, and PMLD.
• Plan and report for lessons, providing regular feedback on student progress.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for vulnerable young people.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• 2+ years of teaching experience, preferably with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (can be facilitated).
• Based in the UK with the right to work.
