Job Title: Onbase Sr. Engineer

Location: - Phoenix, AZ

Duration 12 months contract to extension

Only $49/hr on W2 without Benefits

100% Remote role

Projected Start Date 11/09/2026

Hours/Week 40

Background Checks and Drug Screenings

Remote except for the first day. Local only to Phoenix. The client may want to bring this person on after one year so all candidates must be eligible to convert to an FTE. The unable to sponsor any visas.

Position Description

Job Summary

Maintain, monitor and update OnBase configurations, including integration creation and support. Troubleshoot issues within the environment. Prioritizes and plans work activities and sets goals and objectives. Conducts daily Event Viewer analysis, identifies and characterizes incidents, generates incident reports, and investigates suspicious activity. Performs system analysis, designs, constructs and tests infrastructure. Identifies opportunities and implements solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Creates process documentation for internal use. Participate in meetings, support strategy sessions and work groups to streamline processes for efficiency. Reviews configuration change proposals for compliance to established standards, guidelines, and policies. Provides guidance, assistance, training, and documentation for process solutions.
