Guidewire Product Owner

Title: Product Owner Guidewire - Commercial Auto

Location: Omaha, NE

Remote Available

For remote candidates:

• Must have strong Guidewire and P&C insurance experience.
• Commercial Auto experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be willing to travel to Omaha at least one week per month.
• Additional onsite travel may be required for key workshops, planning sessions, UAT, releases, or other critical business events.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or technology delivery.
• 3+ years of experience working as a Product Owner/Product Manager in an Agile environment.
• Strong P&C Insurance domain experience.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire platforms, preferably PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
• Strong understanding of Guidewire implementation, configuration, integrations, and insurance business processes.
• Experience creating and managing product backlogs, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working with distributed business and technology teams.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
• Ability and willingness to travel to Omaha at least one week per month for remote positions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial Auto insurance experience.
• Guidewire experience combined with Commercial Auto domain experience.
• Guidewire certification or relevant Guidewire implementation experience.
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud / Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Commercial Lines, particularly Commercial Auto.
• Experience with other P&C insurance products such as Property, Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Umbrella, or BOP.
• Experience with Guidewire integrations and the surrounding insurance technology ecosystem.
• Prior experience supporting large-scale insurance transformation or modernization programs.
• PMP, CSPO, PSPO, SAFe, or Scrum certification.
• Experience working directly with insurance carriers and business stakeholders.
• Candidates who are rolling off existing Guidewire engagements and are available for a new assignment are particularly encouraged to apply.
